when we ship
Our goal is to get your order to you as fast as possible, and generally we ship most orders within 48hrs of receiving your order except for make-to-order items. Should there be any delay beyond that, You can expect an email update from us within 48 hours to let you know the current status. Our business days are Monday through Friday.
For Make-To-Order items, they normally take 7 to 10 days for production. A notification email will be sent to our customers upon your purchase. If there is a longer delay, we will contact you immediately.
international orders
Please select International Shipping option. International customers have the option to choose between Air Parcel or Speedpost.
International Shipping costs do not include any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may result of the products being shipped from Hong Kong. Buyer is responsible for any and all duty, tax or brokerage fees that may result from the shipment. Please check with your local customs office for further details.
shortages and shipping damage
Damage or loss in transit by courier is the responsibility of the carrier (you must contact the carrier in case of Damage or non-delivery and make a claim). Shipments must be opened immediately upon receipt and the contents checked for completeness, damage and proper application as we will not accept claims after 10 days from date the package was received. If there is any damage to the order, place a claim with the carrier immediately and be sure to keep all original shipping cartons, packing, etc. The courier company will want to examine them before approving claim for payment. Mail shipments often are held by Customs or the Post office. You should check with your carrier or local post office/customs department if the package does not arrive in a timely manner.
payments
Orders can only be placed Online and the site has been certified as secure. We do not have a minimum order and all prices are in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and payments by Paypal. Additions or other changes cannot be made to orders after they are placed.
Paypal E-Check orders will be held until the funds clear. Money orders and paper checks are not accepted. We do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD) payments.
If you cannot purchase by Paypal or credit card, we recommend asking a friend or relative who does have these options available to place the order for you. The Online system sends a notice of shipment and a tracking number when the shipment is made.
Raretro Moto reserves the right to cancel any order prior to shipment at its discretion. In the event of a cancellation the refund process for the full payment shall be started at the same time as the cancellation, and the customer will be notified via email.
When placing your order, please double check the product photo and description to make ensure that the part you order fits your specific bike, as all qualifying returns have a 15% restocking fee, and shipping is non-refundable. Please see our Returns Policy for further details.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates expire one year after the date of purchase.

fitment disclaimer
To the best of our knowledge, all photos and application information contained herein are accurate. Feel free to send us a message concerning fitment by filling out the Contact Form. However, Raretro Moto assumes no liability related to product use and fitment. Buyers are solely responsible to insure that product use and fitment is consistent with their machine and application.
Marked down product
Product which has been marked down with special pricing in RED may be interpreted as product which has deviated from its original MSRP. These products may include, but are not limited to;

- Promotional Products
- Closeout Product
- Discontinued Product
- Open Box Product
Any product listed on the Raretro Moto web store which carries marked down special pricing, does NOT fall under the same return policies as new “non-special priced” products. All discounted pricing sales are final. No returns will be accepted.

product warranty/liability
General merchandise is guaranteed for 45 Days from date of retail against manufacturer’s defect in workmanship or material. Guarantee is limited to replacement of the unit or defective component thereof only. Any item which has been modified, subjected to misuse, neglect, incorrect installation or application is not covered.
We make every effort to ensure every product we sell is made from quality materials and fits your motorcycle. If you have a problem, we make every effort to help resolve the issue. Please see our Returns Policy for further details.
Please note, manufacturer warranties must be addressed with the manufacturers and often times the manufacturers require any claimed defective part be sent directly to them.
indemnification
Buyer shall defend, indemnify and hold Raretro Moto and its suppliers, including, but not limited to, their affiliates, agents, assigns, attorneys, employees, insurers, officers, predecessors, representatives, and successors, harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, those related to injury or to death of Buyer or other persons) arising from or connected with (a) a breach by Buyer of this Agreement or (b) the possession, handling, use, or resale of the products by Buyer or others, including, but not limited to, any claims alleging negligence on the part of Raretro Moto. Raretro Moto may participate in the defense of any such claim for the further protection of its own interests.
limitation of liability
Without limiting the scope of any other terms and conditions herein, including Raretro Moto disclaimer of warranties, no claim of any kind, whether as to products delivered or for non-delivery of products, or otherwise, and whether based on contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, indemnity, contribution, or otherwise, shall be greater in amount than the purchase price of the products in respect of which damages are claimed. IN NO EVENT SHALL Raretro Moto BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS OR GOOD WILL, OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BUYER’S CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, INDEMNITY, CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHERWISE, AND NOTWITHSTANDING ANY CLAIM THAT SUCH LOSSES WERE REASONABLY FORESEEABLE TO Raretro Moto OR ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY REMEDY.
force majeure
Without limiting the scope of any other terms and conditions herein, Raretro Moto shall not be responsible or liable for any delay or failure to deliver any or all of the products for causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, any cause or circumstance which makes impracticable the production, transportation or delivery of the products. Raretro Moto may cancel an order to the extent the quantity not delivered is due to any such cause or circumstance. In no event shall Raretro Moto be obligated to purchase products to replace any quantity not delivered due to any such cause or circumstance. In the event of any cause or circumstance excusing Raretro Moto, Raretro Moto shall have the right to allocate any remaining product supply among its customers, including those not under contract, in a fair and reasonable manner, and Buyer hereby releases Raretro Moto from responsibility or liability for any resulting incomplete fulfillment of Buyer’s order.

general terms of purchase
The terms and conditions set forth in these terms of purchase (this (“Agreement”) and the “Terms of Access” constitute the entire agreement between Raretro Moto and you (the “Buyer”) concerning product purchase through the Website, phone or email. buyer agreement

Nothing contained herein shall limit the remedies of Raretro Moto in the event of Buyer’s breach of this Agreement.
b. All notices related to this Agreement shall be in writing. The parties expressly agree that electronic communications shall be considered “writings” for all purposes under applicable law. If notice is not sent by electronic communications, notices shall be deemed given when delivered to or deposited in the United States mail, first class, postage prepaid, and, if to Buyer, sent to the address identified by Buyer when registering to purchase products through the Website and, if to Raretro Moto, Unit D, 23/F, Cheung Hing Shing Industrial Centre, 23 Sha Tsui Road, Tsuen Wan, NT, Hong Kong, China.
c. If any terms and conditions herein are held to be invalid or unenforceable, such holding shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other term or condition herein.
d. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal action with respect to any transaction subject to this Agreement must be commenced within one year after the cause of action has arisen. Any actions arising out of products purchased through the Website shall be commenced in the state or federal courts of Florida. Buyer agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and waives any claim that venue is improper for any reason in these courts.
