Our goal is to get your order to you as fast as possible, and generally we ship most orders within 48hrs of receiving your order. Should there be any delay beyond that, You can expect an email update from us within 48 hours to let you know the current status.
Our system calculates actual shipping rates based on the total weight of the order and the final destination. We offer shipping service to countries in America, Europe, Australia and Asia. To check the shipping fee for your order, simply add product to your cart, enter your address including country, state/province, city, plus zip/postal code. The system will workout a freight rate for you.
All Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times stated below below refer to actual In-Transit times.
These estimates DO NOT include order processing time. For example; If you place an order on Saturday and choose 12-Day International Expedited Shipping Service, it does not mean you will get your order after 12 Days. Raretro Moto processes orders Monday thru Friday and in this example your order would ship on Monday or Tuesday and would reach you within 12 days of leaving our warehouse.
Delivery times may vary. The Estimated Delivery Date provided at checkout is an estimate only and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time. As this is ONLY a reference, Raretro Moto cannot refund shipping charges for shipments arriving past the estimated delivery date. Detailed shipment dates and tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided at time of order.
**NOTE** International shipping prices DO NOT include any duties and taxes that may be required by your country at time of entry.
Shipments going to America and Europe are often held by Customs or the Post office, and customers should check with your local carrier, post office, or Customs department if the package doesn’t arrive in a timely manner. Refer below for a list of post offices and their websites for shipping tracking service.
