Raretro Moto’s goal is to guarantee you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Great customer service is our top priority! We check and test our parts and accessories making sure they are as good or better than the ones that came on your bike. However, we also know that sometimes things can happen, or parts don’t always fit like they should. We are always here to help out with fitting problems. Simply fill out the Contact Form here. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and need to return it, just take a moment and fill out the RMA Request Form (Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form) below.
RETURN GUIDELINES:
- Product must be in new un-installed condition and within 15 days of receipt.
- Defective parts must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt.
- Custom Made and Special order items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product.
- Discounted items (overstock, open box, etc) are final and non-refundable.
- We do not offer direct exchanges. When a different product is needed a new order must be placed.
- Shipping charges or restocking fees may be applicable on returns where a product was purchased during a promotion if the returned item price causes the order amount to dip below the original minimums required.
- Buyers are responsible in freight fee to ship products back to us.
